PRIMARY TRACK • LAW SCHOOL STUDY
Build the rule before finals.
For the seven bar-overlap subjects, Law School Mode uses the same
2,000-question core application bank, reorganized by course and doctrinal
unit. Additional law-school subjects use separate course-specific
practice and study content.

application feedback.

TWO WAYS TO PRACTICE
Same learning loop. Different exam job.
Each track starts with the work the learner actually has to do,
then gives one focused explanation instead of another wall of
content.
LAW SCHOOL • UNIT MODE
“What rule did class actually teach?”
A short doctrinal prompt keeps the subject anchored to the
course sequence. Feedback names the rule, the material fact,
and one next step for finals.
BAR REVIEW • APPLICATION MODE
“Which answer is best under time?”
An original MBE-style fact pattern, four choices, a concise
A–D breakdown, and a spaced repair queue turn a miss into a
useful repetition.
FOR LAW SCHOOLS & PROGRAMSLow-cost schoolwide access.
Give students one consistent practice system from doctrinal
courses through bar review. Pilot and schoolwide pricing are
available for programs that want broad access without a
traditional four-figure prep bill.

WHY TESTIFY
Built around the way law students actually learn.
Law school rewards knowing what to prioritize, not filling every
hour with passive review. Testify keeps the experience close to
a real course: retrieve the rule, apply it, see why the other
choices fail, and return to the weak point later.
Course-first by design
Start with the subject and unit your professor is teaching.
Switch to mixed practice when finals demand transfer.
High-value reps
Questions are independently authored and pass documented structural
quality checks before release. Substantive attorney and professor review remains
a separate beta-to-launch workstream; no original item is presented as official NCBE content.
Proof before promises
We track first attempts, timing, weak areas, and writing
practice. We will publish outcome percentages only after a
documented cohort and denominator exist.
THE TESTIFY DIFFERENCE
Less passive watching. More deliberate retrieval.
Practice is most useful when it forces recall, gives feedback,
and returns weak material after a delay. Testify turns that
sequence into the default workflow instead of an optional
add-on. Retrieval, spacing, interleaving, and feedback guide the
loop; no study method can guarantee a result.
01Retrieve
State the governing rule before recognition gives it away.
02Apply
Use the rule under a realistic fact pattern and exam pacing.
03Diagnose
Track first-attempt accuracy, response time, and performance
on higher-priority doctrine.
04Repair
Missed high-priority and weak rules move to the front.
05Space
Return to missed rules later instead of memorizing answer
letters.
06Write
Transfer the rule into MEE and MPT organization and analysis.
DESIGNED FOR ACTUAL STUDY
Calm enough to focus. Smart enough to adapt.
Adaptive MBE practice
Due reviews, high-priority misses, weak areas, unseen
questions, timed sets, and custom sets.
BLL Rule Sprint
Active recall first, rule reveal second, spaced scheduling
third.
AI Writing Review
Rubric-based formative feedback with an estimated 1–6 practice
score and criterion-level coaching.
Honest analytics
First attempts, timing, repeats, subject mastery, and
test-priority performance stay separate so the dashboard tells
the truth.

METHOD
The shortest path is not always fewer hours. It is fewer wasted
repetitions.
Testify is designed around retrieval practice, feedback, spaced
re-exposure, interleaving, and transfer from recognition to
written application.
The Testify Loop
1. BLL retrieval
Recall the rule without looking. Recognition is easier than
production; the bar requires production under pressure.
2. MBE application
Apply the rule to facts with one-best-answer discipline and
realistic timing.
3. Test-priority guidance
High-, medium-, and lower-priority doctrine helps allocate
review time without pretending NCBE publishes
doctrine-by-doctrine probabilities.
4. Spaced repair
Missed rules return after a delay. Immediate repetition can
create answer familiarity without durable rule memory.
5. Written transfer
Use the doctrine again in issue spotting, rule statements,
analysis, task compliance, and professional organization.
What we optimize for
Rule production
Can you state it without seeing it?
Discrimination
Can you separate the best answer from a plausible distractor?
Transfer
Can you use the same doctrine in an essay?
Prioritization
Are you repairing the rules most worth knowing cold?
Time control
Can you make the decision at exam pace?
Durability
Can you retrieve it days later?
LAW SCHOOL STUDY
Study the class you are actually taking — then keep the same study
habits for the bar.
For Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Contracts, Criminal Law &
Procedure, Evidence, Real Property, and Torts, Law School Mode draws
from the same 2,000-question core application bank used in Bar Review
and reorganizes it by course and doctrinal unit. Additional law-school
subjects use separate course-specific practice and study content, so
students can drill one unit before a midterm or final instead of opening
an all-subject bar bank.
MBE scope: each of the seven MBE subjects represents
approximately 14.3% of the 175 scored questions (25 questions).
This is a current exam blueprint reference, not a prediction of
any individual administration.
Justiciability → federal powers → separation of powers →
federalism → due process/equal protection → First Amendment
→ takings.
FINALS MODE
Learn in chunks. Then mix the course.
Start with focused unit practice while the material is new.
Before finals, switch into a timed subject simulation so the
issues are interleaved the way a professor can test them.
Unit drills
Practice only jurisdiction, only hearsay, only negligence, or
the unit your class is covering now.
Course-final simulation
Build a timed mixed set from one subject to expose weak
transitions between topics.
Rule repair
Missed rules move into the same spaced review engine used for
bar prep.
Same account, later goal
When finals end and bar prep begins, your study history does
not have to live in a different system.
BAR REVIEW
Practice the bar, not just the outline.
Testify Bar Review includes a 2,000-question original bar-style
multiple-choice bank across the seven MBE subjects, with black-letter
law retrieval, timed decisions, written analysis, and targeted repair.
Testify questions are original educational content and are not represented
as licensed or endorsed NCBE questions.
Taking the NextGen UBE? Testify uses jurisdiction and administration date to distinguish Legacy UBE, NextGen UBE, and state-specific paths. The protected beta now includes a separate original NextGen Format Lab for select-one/select-two, integrated, research, counseling, drafting, and performance-task practice; Testify does not represent that starter inventory as an official or psychometrically calibrated full NextGen simulation.

The Bar Review loop
1. Retrieve the rule
Use BLL Sprint and the searchable Rule Library to produce
the governing law before answer choices make recognition
easy.
2. Apply it under facts
Move into realistic MBE-style questions, Adaptive 10, Timed
25, Diagnostic 70, custom sets, and missed-rule repair.
3. Repair what the data exposes
First-attempt accuracy, response time, high-priority misses,
and spaced review keep weak doctrine visible.
4. Transfer it into writing
Use MEE and MPT drills with rubric-based formative AI
feedback to practice issue spotting, rule statements,
analysis, and organization.
5. Simulate exam pressure
Run a timed 100-question mixed MBE session, then review the
rules and decisions that broke down under pace.

feedback, and purposeful writing.

THE TESTIFY STACK
One focused system instead of a pile of disconnected tools.
Testify brings adaptive practice, black-letter-law retrieval,
spaced repair, writing feedback, timing, test-priority guidance,
notes, analytics, and mobile study into one workflow. It is
designed to reduce tool-switching without pretending every
competitor product has the same content or services.
The protected review contains 2,000 independently authored original
bar-style multiple-choice questions across seven MBE subjects, plus
84 separate short BLL knowledge checks and 18 writing exercises.
The full 2,000-question core bank is active for evaluation alongside

BLL SPRINT PREVIEW
Recall before recognition.
Reveal a sample rule prompt
Prompt: State the core rule for federal diversity
citizenship of a corporation before looking at an answer choice.
Core rule: A corporation is a citizen of every state
where it is incorporated and the one state where it has its
principal place of business.
Paid access schedules missed rules back into spaced review.
CIVIL PROCEDURE
A plaintiff domiciled in State A sues a corporation for $100,000
in federal court. The corporation is incorporated in State B and
has its principal place of business in State C. No other parties
are present. Assuming the amount is pleaded in good faith, which
statement best describes diversity subject-matter jurisdiction?
A corporation is a citizen of both its state of incorporation
and the state of its principal place of business. The
plaintiff is diverse from both corporate citizenships, and the
amount exceeds $75,000.
A city generally allows political rallies in its central public
park but denies a permit because officials disagree with the
applicant's criticism of the mayor. The same time and location
remain available for groups supporting the mayor. What is the
strongest First Amendment objection?
Viewpoint discrimination is an especially forbidden form of
content discrimination. A traditional public forum cannot be
opened to one side of a political issue while excluding the
opposing viewpoint.
Authority anchor: Rosenberger v. Rector & Visitors of
Univ. of Va., 515 U.S. 819 (1995).
CONTRACTS
A merchant signs a written offer to sell 1,000 units of goods
and promises to keep the offer open for six months. The buyer
gives no consideration for the promise to hold it open. Under
UCC Article 2, for how long can the signed firm offer be
irrevocable solely under the firm-offer rule?
A merchant's signed writing giving assurance that an offer
will be held open can be irrevocable without consideration,
but the statutory period of irrevocability cannot exceed three
months.
Authority anchor: U.C.C. § 2-205.
CRIMINAL LAW & PROCEDURE
During a lawful Terry stop, an officer develops reasonable
suspicion that the stopped person is armed and dangerous. The
officer has no probable cause to arrest. What limited additional
search does the Fourth Amendment generally permit for officer
safety?
Terry permits a limited protective frisk for weapons when an
officer conducting a lawful stop reasonably suspects the
person is armed and dangerous. The frisk is for safety, not a
general evidence search.
Authority anchor: Terry v. Ohio, 392 U.S. 1 (1968).
EVIDENCE
Seconds after a two-car collision, while visibly shaking and
crying, a passenger tells a bystander, "The blue car ran the red
light and hit us." At trial, the passenger's statement is
offered to prove how the collision occurred. Which hearsay
exception most naturally fits these facts?
A statement relating to a startling event made while the
declarant remains under the stress of excitement caused by
that event can qualify as an excited utterance.
Authority anchor: Fed. R. Evid. 803(2).
REAL PROPERTY
Two siblings own land as joint tenants with right of
survivorship. One sibling conveys that sibling's entire interest
to a buyer during life. No special statute preserves
survivorship after the transfer. What is the usual effect of the
conveyance on the transferred share?
A joint tenant can generally convey the joint-tenant interest
during life. The conveyance severs survivorship as to that
share, leaving the transferee as a tenant in common with the
remaining owner.
Authority anchor: Traditional concurrent-ownership
doctrine.
TORTS
A safety statute requires drivers to stop before a marked
crosswalk to protect pedestrians. A driver violates the statute
without excuse and strikes a pedestrian in the crosswalk,
causing the type of injury the statute was designed to prevent.
In a jurisdiction applying traditional negligence-per-se
doctrine, what is the strongest effect of the violation?
Negligence per se can establish the duty/breach standard when
the plaintiff is within the protected class and the accident
is the type the statute was designed to prevent. Causation and
damages still must be shown.
Authority anchor: Traditional negligence-per-se doctrine;
Restatement (Third) of Torts: Liability for Physical and
Emotional Harm § 14.

WHY THE PRICE IS LOWER
A different operating model, not a pretend $3,000 bundle.
Testify is digital-first and practice-first. The founding price is designed around the work most students actually use rather than forcing every buyer to fund services they may not need.
Digital-first
No printed-book or large classroom infrastructure is built into the price.
Practice-first
The product centers application, repair, writing, analytics, outlines, and Wit instead of a giant lecture catalog.
No forced bundle
Testify does not currently bundle private tutoring or dedicated human essay grading into every purchase.
Transparent tradeoffs
The core bank is independently authored. Students specifically seeking licensed NCBE questions should factor that difference into their choice.

The current private-review bank contains independently authored
practice simulations. It does not contain live, recalled,
retired, or licensed NCBE questions. Testify is not affiliated
with or endorsed by NCBE, any state bar, any bar admissions
authority, or any bar-review provider.
AI writing-review disclaimer
AI writing feedback is a formative estimate based on the
selected Testify prompt and rubric. It can be incomplete or
wrong. A displayed 1–6 estimate is not an official MEE/MPT
grade, jurisdiction score, scaled score, or prediction of
passing. Jurisdictions grade written components under their own
processes, and relative grading cannot be recreated without the
relevant grader materials and examinee cohort.
Accuracy and law-version control
Law changes. Preview content may be corrected or updated. Users
should compare important rules against current primary authority
and official/licensed study materials. Testify flags known
future-law transition issues, including the projected December
2026 Evidence Rule 801 amendment, for confirmation before the
February 2027 content freeze.
Privacy notice — Beta Access
Beta Access uses a Testify Account tied to the approved reviewer email. Study answers, drafts, course notes/checkmarks, Wit conversation history, flags, and detailed study analytics are cached on the current device and synced to that authenticated account so progress can follow the reviewer across supported devices and browsers. Testify also stores the reviewer name and email, beta acceptance timestamp and acknowledgments, entry/activity timestamps, approximate active-use duration, aggregate QA activity, question-attempt details, submitted feedback, and account-sync timestamps server-side. Active-use duration is measured only while the beta page is visible and recently active; hidden tabs and extended inactivity are excluded. The public marketing site also records limited first-party navigation events—such as viewing Law School, Bar Review, Pricing, Free Preview, Beta Apply, or Sign In—using a temporary session identifier, coarse device category, and referral/source path. Those public-funnel events do not include the visitor’s name, email, question answers, drafts, or Wit content. If you voluntarily join the Founding Access List, Testify stores the email address, selected product track, submission time, and limited referral/campaign fields solely to administer launch/access communications unless you separately consent to something else. When you message Wit, the current message, relevant screen context, and synced conversation context are sent to the hosted AI service for processing so Wit can follow the thread. AI writing review likewise sends the submitted draft and relevant exercise/source context for processing.
Optional advertising measurement and privacy choices
Testify's public pages may use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure advertising visits and beta-interest conversions. If enabled, Meta may receive your IP address, browser/device identifiers, page URL, and cookie or advertising identifiers under its own privacy terms. This optional third-party marketing measurement is OFF by default and is not needed to study, apply for beta, or sign in. You can change your choice on this device below. Browser Global Privacy Control signals are honored. Disabling future measurement does not itself delete information already received by Meta. Separate limited first-party product and public-funnel analytics described above may still operate.
Optional marketing measurement is off on this device.
For privacy, access, correction, account-closure, or data-deletion requests, contact help@testifylearning.com. Clearing a Wit chat or local progress is not the same as deleting every server-side record or data previously processed by a service provider. Requests will be handled according to applicable law and verified service capabilities. Do not submit confidential client files, privileged material, medical records, or other sensitive information in Wit or AI writing review.
Testimonials and “Can I Get a Witness?!” policy
Testify will not fabricate reviewer experiences, require
positive sentiment in exchange for an incentive, or suppress
truthful negative reviews. Invited beta reviewers receive free
Beta Access and may also receive complimentary future Bar Review
access for providing a thorough review; that benefit is not
conditioned on positive sentiment. Promotional wording may be
drafted from feedback actually provided only with permission and
will not be published until the reviewer approves the exact final
copy. A material connection, including free beta access or
complimentary future review access, will be disclosed where required.
Product-improvement feedback license
By submitting product feedback, corrections, ideas, tips, or
suggestions through Beta Access, the reviewer gives the current
Testify project owner(s) and any successor Testify operating
entity a nonexclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right
to use, adapt, and incorporate that submitted feedback to improve
Testify. This does not transfer ownership of the reviewer’s
pre-existing materials or professional know-how, and it does not
authorize public quotation or endorsement without separate
promotional consent and exact-copy approval.
For the planned paid launch, Law School Study is $14.99 per
month and renews on the monthly billing anniversary until
canceled. There is no minimum-term contract. Subscribers may
cancel at any time through a clearly accessible self-service
billing portal when checkout launches. Cancellation stops the
next renewal; study access continues through the end of the
current paid billing period. A payment already made for that
period is not prorated or refunded solely because of
cancellation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Bar Review Exam Cycle is a separate $249 one-time purchase for
the identified administration, without automatic monthly renewal.
Separate published refund rights, applicable law, and any
finalized Pass Promise are not limited by the monthly cancellation
policy. The Free Preview does not collect payment information or
start a trial or recurring charge. These are proposed paid-launch
terms, not an active subscription offering. Before charging
customers, production checkout must conspicuously disclose the
total charge, renewal timing, affirmative billing consent,
cancellation method, taxes, refund rules, and applicable terms,
with a functional self-service cancellation route.
Planned Testify Pass Promise — not active in free beta
An eligible paid Bar Review Exam Cycle member may qualify for
one refund of the Testify Exam Cycle purchase price actually
paid, up to $249, after an unsuccessful qualifying
administration only if the member: purchased the eligible Exam
Cycle plan before the published cutoff; completed 100% of
required Testify Bar Review coursework before the exam; earned
at least 75% on the designated final locked mastery assessment
under the program rules; sat for the immediately following
covered bar administration; maintained an account in good
standing without prior refund or chargeback; and submitted the
official score/result documentation and other reasonable
verification within 30 days after results. The Promise refunds
Testify’s eligible purchase price only; it does not reimburse
bar application fees or other exam costs. One refund maximum per
person. Testify may verify submitted records and deny altered,
incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent claims. Beta Access and Law
School Study are not eligible unless separately converted into a
qualifying Bar Review Exam Cycle purchase.
Dispute resolution — individual arbitration
Except for an eligible small-claims matter and a request by
either party for temporary injunctive relief concerning
intellectual property, account security, or misuse of
confidential content, a dispute arising out of or relating to
Testify, these Terms, a purchase, or use of the service will be
resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal
Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16, administered by the American
Arbitration Association under its applicable Consumer
Arbitration Rules. Before filing arbitration, the claimant must
send written notice to help@testifylearning.com describing
the dispute and requested relief and allow 30 days for informal
resolution. Covered disputes will proceed only on an individual
basis; class, collective, consolidated, and representative
proceedings are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Each side waives jury trial for covered disputes. Consumer
arbitration fees will be allocated under the governing AAA
rules, and Testify will pay amounts those rules require it to
pay. A user may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30
days after first accepting these Terms by emailing
help@testifylearning.com with the subject “ARBITRATION OPT
OUT” and the user’s name, account email, and acceptance date.
Alabama law governs non-arbitration issues except where federal
law or nonwaivable consumer law controls. If a provision is
unenforceable, it will be severed only to the extent required
while the remainder remains effective.
Acceptable use and account security
Testify access is personal and may not be shared, resold,
scraped, systematically copied, reverse engineered, or used to
reconstruct or distribute protected question banks, answer keys,
scoring logic, or confidential review materials. Users are
responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly
reporting suspected unauthorized access. These restrictions do
not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Testify is
provided “as is” and “as available” for educational use, without
a promise of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, a
particular score, or a particular admissions result. To the
fullest extent permitted by law, Testify will not be liable for
indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential
damages arising from use of the service. Any direct-liability
cap in final paid terms should be tied to the amount actually
paid for the service during the applicable period, subject to
nonwaivable consumer rights and exclusions required by law.
Accessibility statement
Testify aims to support keyboard navigation, visible focus,
semantic labels, color contrast, responsive layouts, and
reduced-motion preferences. Accessibility conformance should be
independently audited before paid launch. Accessibility concerns
may be sent to the support contact.
Practice scope and score estimates
This edition contains 2,000 independently authored original
bar-style multiple-choice questions across the seven MBE subjects,
84 separate short BLL knowledge checks, 12 essay drills, 2 full
90-minute MPT simulations, and 4 condensed performance exercises
with fictional Files and Libraries. All 2,000 application questions
are active in the current core bank. Bank initialization enforces
count, structure, unique-item, subject-balance, answer-position,
explanation, and authority requirements; additional editorial and
substantive legal re-review remains version-controlled and ongoing.
Law School Course Mode reorganizes the same core bank by doctrinal
unit for overlapping courses, while Bar Review adds mixed-subject
diagnostics, a timed Simulated MBE 100, and a full-length Simulated
MBE 200 using two 100-question, 180-minute sessions. Testify scores
all 200 simulation items for formative learning; the real MBE contains
175 scored questions distributed evenly at 25 scored questions per
subject plus 25 indistinguishable unscored pretest questions. Testify
does not represent its question bank as licensed or endorsed NCBE
content or as a psychometrically validated score predictor.
Practice accuracy and AI writing estimates are not law-school
grades, scaled bar scores, or validated passing probabilities.
AI processing and sensitive information
Requesting AI writing review sends your draft and the exercise
materials to the hosted AI service for processing. Do not submit
real client files, privileged information, or sensitive personal
records. Study progress, drafts, and Wit conversation history may be synced to your authenticated Testify Account; feedback submissions are stored by the service.
Contact support for questions about submitted feedback or
deletion requests. Clearing local progress does not delete
feedback already submitted to the service.
Content-review status
Selected Testify beta content has undergone internal legal-content review,
and broader attorney and professor subject-matter review remains part of the
pre-release process. Newly added or materially changed questions,
corrections, outline material, and legal updates remain
version-controlled for ongoing QA and re-review before public
commercial release. Testify does not represent the present
2,000-question original authored bank as licensed or endorsed NCBE
content, as psychometrically validated, or as exempt from continuing
legal-version review.

Course inventory
Questions are grouped by the doctrine named in each
reviewed item.
MBE PRACTICE
Practice with a purpose.
Bar Practice includes 2,000 original bar-style multiple-choice
questions across seven MBE subjects. Law School Mode uses this same
core bank for those overlapping subjects, reorganized by course and
doctrinal unit; the separate BLL bank remains short and rule-focused.
Legacy MBE reference: the seven MBE subjects are evenly
represented at approximately 14.3% each of the 175 scored
questions. NextGen users should treat this bank as foundational-law
application practice, not as a simulation of the NextGen format.
How Adaptive works: Adaptive 10 opens with a short lower-complexity application ramp, then moves into due reviews, prior misses, uncertain answers, weak areas, and unseen rules from the curated exam-style bank. It does not dump the hardest material first. Use Diagnostic 70 when you want an evenly distributed benchmark across all seven subjects.
Learn
Retrieve a rule first with BLL Sprint.
Apply
Use facts and review why the strongest wrong choice loses.
Timed
Practice pace after you know the material against the active 2,000-question bank.
Build a focused practice set
Choose a subject, topic, or exact rule for focused practice. Use All topics + Previously practiced topics for learned review, or All topics + All available when you intentionally want a full-subject exam mix.
Focused practice stays inside the topic or exact rule you select.
Build a custom bar study session
Choose an MBE-style block, MEE writing drills, or both. If you choose both, Testify runs the multiple-choice block first and then takes you to the selected essays. Random/all-subject settings give you a mixed study set.
Testify will label the workflow based on the exam format saved in your account.
Practice by subject
Beta content review: application questions are provisional while Testify repairs answer-choice clues and completes legal review. Timed sets test the workflow and pacing; they are not calibrated NCBE simulations. Report a suspect key or clue from the question screen.
STUDY PRIORITY—
i
Testify's study-priority estimate considers doctrine breadth and exam emphasis. It is not a probability of appearing on the exam; NCBE does not publish doctrine-by-doctrine testing probabilities.
SESSION COMPLETE
Set complete.
What to do next
July 2026 onward: MEE subjects exclude Family Law, Trusts
and Estates, Conflict of Laws, and Secured Transactions. Older
drills in those areas are enrichment, not current MEE coverage.
Check NCBE scope.
WRITING STUDIO • MEE
Draft first. Grade second.
Twelve Legacy UBE MEE drills for administrations that still use the MEE. If your selected administration is NextGen, use these as doctrine and writing enrichment rather than as a NextGen-format simulation.

TESTIFY AI WRITING REVIEW
Get a rubric-based formative review
Estimated 1–6 practice score + issue spotting, rule
accuracy, analysis, organization, task compliance,
strengths, priorities, and next-step coaching.
Practice score is computed from the criterion scores
using a writing-specific weighting. It is not an official
jurisdiction grade or scaled-score prediction; AI feedback
can still make mistakes.
WRITING STUDIO • MPT
Control the task before the task controls you.
Two full Legacy UBE-style 90-minute MPT simulations plus four condensed File + Library reps, all with original fictional law and closed-universe AI review. NextGen uses a different integrated format, so these remain transferable performance-skill practice rather than a NextGen simulation.
Choose a full 90-minute simulation or a condensed 45-minute drill. Harbor Workshop and Cedar Health include complete File + Library packets, model responses and self-review guidance; both are original educational drafts awaiting independent substantive and difficulty review. Your earlier exercises and saved drafts remain available. Use either clock when you intentionally want a different practice length.
45:00
TESTIFY AI WRITING REVIEW
Grade the work this drill can actually measure
Each exercise uses its own fictional File and Library. The first two are full 90-minute simulations; the remaining four are explicitly condensed reps. Review applies only the supplied closed-universe law and record and evaluates task compliance, synthesis, application, and organization. Scores remain formative estimates, not official NCBE or jurisdiction scores.
Practice score is computed from the criterion scores
using an MPT-specific weighting. Formative estimate only;
no official jurisdiction score is implied.

February 2027 law watch — Federal Rule of Evidence 801
As of this build, the federal judiciary lists an amendment to
Rule 801(d)(1)(A) for a projected December 1, 2026 effective
date. Projected amendments can still be delayed or withdrawn.
Testify therefore keeps the present formulation flagged until
the effective status is confirmed for the February 2027
content freeze.
BLL ACTIVE RECALL
BLL Rule Sprint
Use short knowledge checks to make the rule automatic, then
reinforce it with retrieval cards and spaced review.
Two different jobs. Two different question styles.
BLL Sprint is intentionally short and rule-focused. The main

application and discrimination.

Question-design QA snapshot
Application Question Bank: Testify maintains 2,000
independently authored original bar-style multiple-choice questions,
all active across the seven MBE subjects. Bank initialization
enforces the exact 2,000-question count, unique IDs and normalized
stems, four unique answer choices, valid keyed answers, balanced
subject distribution, bounded answer-position distribution,
explanations, authority anchors, and required teaching fields.
Separate editorial cue scans and continuing substantive legal review
remain part of version-controlled QA.
Coverage blueprint: the 2,000-question core bank is
balanced across the seven MBE subjects, with subject totals differing
by no more than one question. Future additions should remain
quota-controlled against the applicable exam subject-matter
categories rather than added as random volume.
BLL Sprint: 84 separate short knowledge checks,
exactly 12 per subject, with authored A–D rationales and
Fact Flips. These are deliberately not counted as bar-style
simulations.
Drafting standard: clear and concise fact patterns; only the actors and facts needed to make the key correct and distractors plausible; core tested doctrine and application rather than rote trivia; one clearly best answer; responsive, reasonably parallel options; no all-of-the-above/combination gimmicks; authority-supported explanations; and answer-specific reasoning. Beta first-attempt selection and timing data now feed a separate preliminary item-calibration loop so weak distractors and abnormal item performance can be identified for revision.
Writing: 12 MEE drills + 2 full 90-minute MPT simulations + 4 condensed File + Library reps.
Still separate from the private-review set: licensed
NCBE inventory, commercial-scale psychometric data, and
a full production-grade NextGen exam simulation.
MEE: six 30-minute essays using the post-July-2026
recall areas.
MPT: two 90-minute closed-universe tasks in the
February 2027 legacy UBE. Conflict of Laws, Family Law,
Trusts & Estates, and Secured Transactions are not
post-July-2026 legacy MEE recall subjects. NextGen jurisdictions
use a different integrated format; this beta
does not yet simulate the full NextGen exam.
