Four-choice application questions
Testify’s active bank uses four answer choices and one keyed best answer. The goal is to practice legal application under realistic decision pressure rather than recall a rule in isolation.
Testify’s Free Preview lets you see the practice workflow before committing: choose an answer, review the rule, see why the alternatives fail, and use the explanation to decide what needs repair next.

After committing to an answer, review why the correct choice works and why each distractor fails. This makes free practice useful even when the issue is familiar because it exposes the distinction the question is testing.
Each active question includes a Fact Flip that changes a material fact and shows how the legal analysis may change. That encourages flexible rule use rather than memorizing a single pattern.
The full Bar Review bank contains 2,000 original bar-style questions across the seven MBE subjects, plus timed practice, diagnostics, adaptive repair, writing exercises, analytics, and simulations.
Use the subject pages to see what Testify covers before opening the preview. If one subject is giving you trouble, start there; if you are already comfortable with the doctrine, move into mixed practice.
Do not click through just to see whether you were right. Before reading the explanation, state the rule in your own words and identify the fact you think controls the result. Then compare that reasoning to the explanation. If your rule was wrong, repair doctrine. If your rule was right but you chose the wrong answer, identify the distractor pattern or factual detail that pulled you off course.
That habit turns even a small free sample into diagnostic work. When you move into a larger bank, keep the same process and increase timing pressure only after the reasoning is consistent.
