MEE PRACTICE + MPT PRACTICE
Practice bar writing under time, then get specific feedback.
Testify pairs multiple-choice study with MEE-style essay practice and MPT-style performance tasks so students practice issue spotting, rule statements, application, organization, and task compliance instead of treating writing as a separate subject.

MEE practice questions
The current beta includes 12 essay drills spanning Business Associations and the seven legacy MBE subjects used in the current MEE scope. Prompts are designed for timed rule-and-application practice rather than model-answer memorization.
MPT practice
Six performance exercises include two full 90-minute fictional File + Library simulations and four condensed drills. The work focuses on following task instructions, extracting governing authority, organizing facts, and producing objective or persuasive legal analysis.
Formative AI feedback
AI writing review gives criterion-level coaching on issue spotting, rule accuracy, analysis, organization, and task compliance. It is designed to identify the next revision, not to pretend an AI-generated practice score is an official bar score.
One study loop
A missed rule in multiple-choice practice can become a retrieval task and then a writing task. That creates repeated use of the same doctrine in different formats instead of isolating MBE, MEE, and MPT preparation.
MEE PRACTICE STRATEGY
Write the analysis before reading anyone else’s.
For MEE practice, start by reading the call of the question, identifying the issues, and committing to a short rule statement before writing full analysis. Use facts aggressively: a strong answer explains why a particular fact satisfies or fails a particular element. After review, rewrite the weakest paragraph rather than merely reading feedback and moving on.
Timed essay practice becomes more useful when you separate three problems: not knowing the rule, failing to spot the issue, and knowing both but writing an underdeveloped application. Each problem requires a different repair strategy.
MPT PRACTICE TEST
Treat every MPT as a task-management exercise.
A strong MPT practice test is not about memorized law. It tests whether you can read the task memo, identify the required work product, extract rules from the Library, sort useful facts from the File, and write in the requested professional form under time pressure. Testify’s full simulations provide a fictional File and Library so the exercise stays closed-universe.
After an MPT, review task compliance first. A legally accurate response can still underperform if it uses the wrong format, ignores a requested issue, or fails to organize the analysis for the stated audience.
Testify’s MEE and MPT materials are original practice content and are not official or licensed NCBE questions. Jurisdiction and exam-format requirements should be confirmed with the relevant bar admissions authority.
