Law School first
Law School Mode organizes practice by course and doctrinal unit so a student can learn the rule, apply it, repair misses, and retain the same study history as graduation approaches.
Testify Learning is an independent legal-education product for law students, graduates, and bar candidates. The product is built around active retrieval, application practice, targeted repair, writing, and analytics rather than asking every learner to buy the same lecture-heavy bundle.

Bar Review adds exam-cycle practice, BLL repair, MEE/MPT work, jurisdiction and exam-format routing, analytics, and a separate NextGen Format Lab.
Testify prioritizes retrieval, legal application, explanation, spaced re-exposure, and writing transfer. It does not claim that one study method or product can guarantee an exam outcome.
The current core question bank is independently authored. Testify does not represent original questions as licensed, released, endorsed, or approved NCBE questions and does not publish unsupported pass-rate claims.
The official legal-learning and bar-preparation product described on this site is Testify Learning, available at testifylearning.com. “Testify” is the product’s short consumer-facing name. Unrelated organizations using the word Testify are not part of this product.
Testify separates automated structural QA from substantive legal review. Automated checks can identify formatting defects, duplicate patterns, answer-position irregularities, length cues, missing rationales, missing Fact Flips, and related structural risks. They cannot establish that every legal rule, exception, key, or authority is substantively correct.
Material edits are version-controlled for re-review, and question-level beta feedback can return an item to the review queue. Read the full Editorial Standards and Question Development Methodology.
Testify Learning, LLC is currently a reserved Alabama entity name. This site does not represent entity formation, federal trademark registration, or federal copyright registration as complete unless those filings are actually confirmed. The Legal & Trust Center contains the controlling current status disclosures.
The consumer product is designed for individual learners. Separate school and pilot workflows are being developed for law-school administrators, academic-success programs, bar-success directors, professors, and student organizations. Institutional access does not imply endorsement or formal adoption unless a separate agreement exists.
