LAW SCHOOL PRACTICE QUESTIONS

Practice the doctrine the way a law-school exam makes you use it.

Testify organizes application questions around the course and doctrinal unit you are actually studying, rather than forcing a 1L to navigate a mixed bar bank.

THE STUDY LOOP

Outline → retrieve → apply → repair.

Reading can make a rule feel familiar without making it retrievable. Testify connects the outline to active rule recall, an application question, explanation, and later spaced return. For professor-specific wording, assigned cases, and jurisdiction-specific variations, the syllabus and assigned authority remain controlling.

Course Mode keeps the subject narrow while you are learning it. As finals approach, the same material can move into mixed-unit and timed work so students practice issue recognition without having the topic announced first. For the seven bar-overlap subjects, that work later becomes a foundation for bar review instead of disappearing after the semester.

BEYOND THE 1L CORE

Upper-level study should still connect rule retrieval to application.

Testify also includes course-specific study content for subjects outside the seven MBE overlaps, including Business Organizations, Family Law, Conflict of Laws, Trusts & Estates, Secured Transactions, Legal Ethics, Legal Research & Writing, Remedies, and lawyering-skills material. Those courses use separate content where the core bar bank is not an appropriate fit.
