Before the transition
The pre-transition study assumption for Washington is NextGen already in use. Testify uses the jurisdiction plus the exam month/year so it does not silently route every candidate into the same national workflow.
Washington entered the NextGen UBE group beginning in July 2026. Candidates planning 2027 or later administrations should not study under a legacy UBE assumption merely because older bar-prep materials still use MBE/MEE/MPT labels.

Once the listed NextGen administration is reached, Testify changes the exam-format label and separates NextGen-format work from older MBE/MEE/MPT material. Legacy materials can still be useful for foundational doctrine or transferable writing skills when clearly labeled, but they should not be represented as full NextGen simulations.

Testify's planned founding Bar Review price is $249 for one covered exam cycle. The product is practice-first and uses original educational questions rather than claiming licensed NCBE questions. Public checkout remains off during private beta.
Confirm application deadlines, educational eligibility, character-and-fitness filing, local components, required jurisdiction-specific courses or tests, passing-score rules, laptop/software requirements, and any accommodations or documentation deadlines directly with the jurisdiction. Testify's routing tool is designed to prevent a format mismatch; it is not an admissions portal.
