Question inventoryStudicata advantage. Its current bar page advertises 4,019 original MBE-style questions plus licensed NCBE material. Testify’s current core has 2,000 independently authored questions and no licensed NCBE bank.
Official materialStudicata advantage. Studicata says its course includes every MBE, MEE, and MPT item NCBE has released and made available for licensing. Testify does not currently claim this.
Human teachingStudicata advantage. Studicata advertises 180+ whiteboard lectures and 100+ hours of instruction from a named instructor. Testify is intentionally practice-first and has a much smaller lecture/video footprint.
NextGenTestify scope advantage for transitioning jurisdictions. Studicata’s current UBE course expressly says it is not a NextGen course. Testify routes by jurisdiction and administration date and now has a separate original NextGen format lab—while still clearly labeling that inventory as not a full calibrated simulation.

WHO SHOULD PICK WHICH?

Studicata is compelling for current-UBE students who want human instruction and licensed material.

If a learner is taking the current UBE and wants a larger original bank, licensed NCBE inventory, and substantial human video instruction, Studicata offers material advantages. If the learner values a much lower price, a unified law-school-to-bar workflow, adaptive repair, and a jurisdiction-aware path that also supports NextGen-format practice, Testify is built around those priorities.
